By booking an appointment with our clinic, you agree to the following terms:

• 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 100% cancellation fee.

• Missed Appointments (No-Shows): Patients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged the full consultation fee.

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your consultation may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other patients. The full appointment fee may still apply.

• Payment: Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless prior arrangements have been made.

• Private Health Insurance: If claiming through private health insurance, please bring your health fund card to your appointment. Any gap payment is payable on the day.

• Consent to Treatment: By attending your appointment, you consent to assessment and treatment by your physiotherapist. You are encouraged to ask questions and advise your physiotherapist of any changes to your health.

• Privacy: Your personal information is collected and stored in accordance with Australian privacy legislation and is used only for the purpose of providing your healthcare.
